A 13 days / 12 nights Manali Leh Motor bike tour with unlimited fun & challenge on bikes crossing World’s top two highest mountain passes. The bike safari involves crossing over high mountain passes providing spectacular views of snow capped peaks, rugged terrain and traveling through one of the most spectacular & picturesque landscapes in the world.

Every year sees more and more bikers attempting this high altitude motor bike ride which must rate as one of the most spectacular in the World. The tour starts from Manali and ends at Leh with a visit high mountain passes, lakes and Monasteries.

Come prepared for every possible weather imaginable from scorching sunshine to freezing blizzards, even in mid-summers.

Day 01 : Arrive Manali – Arrive Manali by own and transfer to Hotel. O/N Hotel .

Day 02 : Half Day at Leisure at Manali and Allocation of Bikes on same day. Afternoon sightseeing of Manali. O/N Hotel.

Day 03 : Manali/ Rohtang Pass/ Keylong (115 kms)
On your Royal Enfield bikes from Manali to Keylong climbing over Rohtang Pass (3980 m) and enroute crossing several villages of Lahaul valley like Khoksar, Sissu, Gondla and Tandi the confluence of Chandra & Bhaga Rivers. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening free to explore Keylong town. O/N Hotel.

Day 04 : Keylong/ Baralacha Pass/ Sarchu (107 kms)
On your bikes from Keylong to Sarchu Enroute crossing Gemur, Jispa, Darcha and over Baralachala Pass (4800 m). On arrival check in at camp. Evening free to walk around in Sarchu. O/N Camp.
Day 05 : Sarchu/ Leh (253 kms)
On your bikes from Sarchu to Leh crossing over Naki La (4800 m), Lachang La (5065 m), More Plains and finally over Tanglang La pass (5300 m) which is Worlds 2nd highest motorable pass. On arrival in Leh by evening check in at hotel. O/N Hotel

Day 06 : Half day at Lesuire.
Afternoon on your bike ride to Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Market. O/N Hotel.

Day 07 : Leh – Lamayuru – Alchi
After breakfast on your bike leave to Lamayuru enroute visit Liker Monastery, Magnetic hill and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Check in Resort / Camp at Alchi and enjoy your hot Lunch. After Lunch leave to visit the mesmerising Moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery (one of the oldest Monastery in central Ladakh) O/N Camp.

Day 08 : Alchi – Leh
After the Breakfast visit Alchi monastery .After visit leave back to Leh . Arrive at Leh by afternoon. Hot Lunch at Hotel. Evening free time at your leisure. O/N Hotel.

Day 09 : Leh – Nubra Valley
After Breakfast on your bikes leave to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) Arrive at Hundur by afternoon. Lunch at Camp, rest of the day one is free to explore Deskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Deskit and Hunder Village. O/N Camp.

Day 10 : Nubra Valley – Leh
After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery, where you can have a magnificient view of Nubra Valley and leave back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. O/N Hotel.

Day 11 : Leh – Pangong Lake
After Breakfast on your bike leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (third Highest Motorable road in the world) Arrival at Camp, Hot Lunch will be served aat Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Camp.

Day 12 : Pangong Lake – Leh
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on lake. After Breakfast back to Leh, enroute visit Hemis, Thikse Monastery and Shey Palace. O/N Hotel.

Day 13 : Leh
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey ends with Sweet Memories of Ladakh.

  • In case of major mechanical damage, participant will have to pay for replaced parts and for servicing done by the local shop.
  • Accident damage will have to be paid by the rider.

  • Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, landslides, political insurgencies etc.

  • Bike should be in good condition to take this tour (For Passenger without Bike)
  • Through servicing of the bike should be done before start of tour.
  • Minimum number of participants in this group is 06 Pax
  • Motorcycle driving license & bike documents should be legal and valid.
  • Helmet: Compulsory for both, biker / pillion rider.
  • Participants should be medically fit to undertake this tour.
  • Anyone suffering from breathing problem, asthma, heart problem or any major medical problem should avoid this tour.
  • On Expedition riders will be required to drive a stretch of 250 km. without fuelling facility. They have to carry additional fuel & fuel drums along with them.
  • No last moment cancellation will be accepted.
  • Changes and alterations of single points in our travel conditions which are necessary during our tour are agreed to as long as they don’t change the style of the tour significant.
  • Organizers reserve the right to adjust the route slightly before the start of the tour.
  • If the participant is not able to complete the tour or to consume benefits included in the price of the tour, for reasons neither caused by him nor the organizers, or should he not be able to complete the tour, he / she has no right to claim a refund.
  • Damage of bike on tour should be borne by biker.

Himalayan Fantasy always strives for cost effectiveness and better coordination by having a maximum team size of 9-10 participants. Thus initial fees collected assume a group size of 9-10 people. However, in case the group size is smaller than expected, Himalayan Fantasy representative would inform participants a month in advance of the departure date, the group size of the program. The participants would be requested to pay “the difference amount as applicable” reflecting the current size of group.

Booking must be confirmed 30 days prior to date of departure by paying the full amount – It takes lot of effort, time and money in planning the trek in remote locations. You would appreciate that this time is required for us to arrange for logistics in these remote regions.

All expenses accruing from change in schedule due to weather conditions or health issues are to be borne by the participants. Himalayan Fantasy would not be responsible for the weather changes or your personal health issues.

Cancellation policy – While we strive to plan everything for you well in advance, enabling your trip to be hassle-free and fun filled. Implication is that porter fees, permits, accommodation expenses need to be paid in advance. Any cancellation would be inconvenient and loss to all those who were involved in making your journey memorable. Considering the cascading effect you would appreciate that it is fair that the cost has to be borne by you. However, our policy on cancellation would be as under:

  1. Cancellation prior to 30 days from date of departure : Full Refund
  2. Cancellation between 30 days to 20 days prior to date of departure: 50% Refund
  3.  Cancellation between 20 days prior to date of departure and departure date: No Refund
  4. No Show : No Refund
